Chocolate and Nuts Muffins

Ingredients

For 25 Personal Units
 140 g Self-Raising Mix
 100 g Nuts
 150 g Mazola Butter flavor
 100 g Dark Chocolate cut to cubes
 200 g Sugar
 180 g Eggs

Preparation

Grind the nuts and flour until nuts are chopped and the mixture is even

Melt the Mazola Butter flavor, sugar and chocolate until they blend, and transfer to a large bowl

Add the flour with the nuts

While mixing add the eggs one by one until the mixture gets thick and even

Pour into medium-sized dough molds (5 cm in diameter) and bake for 25-30 minutes in a preheated oven at 175°C

Remove, cool and serve
